These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at plumcreekexteriors.com, our SMS messaging program, and the residential pressure washing services provided by Plum Creek Exteriors LLC ("Plum Creek Exteriors," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, opting into our SMS program, or using our website, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services or opt in to our SMS messaging program.

1. Services Provided

Plum Creek Exteriors provides residential exterior cleaning services in Kyle TX 78640, Buda TX 78610, San Marcos TX 78666, South Austin TX, and surrounding Hays County areas. Services may include driveway cleaning, house soft washing, patio and concrete cleaning, fence cleaning, window cleaning, and full exterior packages.

Service availability outside our primary service area is subject to additional travel charges and is at our sole discretion. Commercial work is offered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, request services, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Services are intended for property owners and authorized agents of property owners. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian make any service request and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. SMS Messaging Program

This section describes our SMS (text messaging) program, including the types of messages we send, how to opt in and opt out, and other important information about our messaging program.

SMS Program Description & Use Cases

Plum Creek Exteriors operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about our residential pressure washing services. The program includes two distinct message categories that you can separately opt in to:

  • Transactional / non-marketing messages: quote responses, appointment confirmations, on-the-way notifications, schedule changes, and service updates relating to your specific service request
  • Marketing / promotional messages: special offers, seasonal promotions, discounts, review requests, and other occasional promotional content

You opt in by checking the appropriate consent checkbox on our website form at plumcreekexteriors.com, by texting our phone number, or by providing your phone number with explicit consent during a phone call or in person. Opt-in to either category is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing our services.

Message Frequency & Data Rates

Message Frequency Disclosure

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages on a recurring basis with frequency varying based on your service activity, typically up to ten (10) messages per month for transactional communications and up to four (4) messages per month for promotional communications. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

How to Opt Out & Get Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (737) 510-2909. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are kept confidential and used solely by Plum Creek Exteriors for the messaging purposes you have consented to.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by text, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if the actual scope, surface area, or condition differs materially from what was described or shown in submitted photos.

Promotional pricing โ€” including any "launch special," seasonal offer, or discount โ€” is limited in availability, may be subject to additional terms, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotional pricing applies only to standard residential properties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will provide an arrival window when your appointment is confirmed.

Customer cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: reschedule or cancel at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: we may charge a cancellation fee of up to $50 to cover scheduling and travel preparation
  • No-show or unable to access property: a trip charge of up to $75 may apply

Weather rescheduling

Rain, freezing temperatures, sustained high winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as early as possible if weather forces a reschedule. Weather-related rescheduling does not incur any fee.

Plum Creek Exteriors cancellations

If we need to cancel for reasons unrelated to weather, we will work with you to find the next available appointment that suits your schedule. No fees apply to cancellations initiated by us.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, debit card, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and other electronic payment methods we may make available. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

Returned checks or failed electronic payments are subject to a $35 fee plus any actual fees charged by our bank or payment processor. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law and may be referred to collections.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to provide the best possible service and protect your property, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property details, surface conditions, and special instructions when requesting service
  • Disclose any known pre-existing damage, loose siding, peeling paint, damaged screens, broken windows, leaking seals, or other vulnerable conditions before service begins
  • Ensure outdoor water spigots are operational and accessible
  • Move vehicles, patio furniture, planters, grills, decorations, toys, and other items away from areas to be cleaned, unless we have agreed to move them on your behalf
  • Secure pets indoors during the appointment
  • Close all windows, doors, and exterior vents before service begins
  • Identify any plants, landscaping features, or outdoor items that require special protection
  • Be present or reachable by phone during the service window in case questions arise

8. Property Conditions & Realistic Expectations

Pressure washing produces dramatic results in most cases, but certain conditions cannot be fully resolved by cleaning. We will discuss expectations before service begins where possible.

โš  Conditions That May Not Fully Resolve

The following are common conditions where pressure washing may improve, but not completely eliminate, the issue. We do not guarantee removal of:

Tire marks, oil staining, paint, rust, or other set-in stains on smooth or sealed concrete; deeply embedded mildew in porous wood; oxidation on faded vinyl or aluminum siding; concrete efflorescence on newer slabs (which may re-bloom over time); damage to cement caused by prior chemical or mechanical treatment; and stains caused by fertilizer, irrigation rust, or chemical exposure that have penetrated the surface.

If we identify conditions during our on-site inspection that may not produce the results you expect, we will explain this before beginning work. You may decline service or modify scope at that point with no charge.

9. Plant & Landscape Protection

We take reasonable care to protect plants, grass, and landscaping by pre-rinsing vegetation before chemical application, using cleaning solutions appropriate for the surface, and rinsing surrounding areas thoroughly after the job is complete. Plants in good health typically tolerate this process without issue.

Plum Creek Exteriors is not responsible for damage to plants, trees, lawns, or landscaping that were already stressed, diseased, dying, recently planted, or otherwise unusually sensitive. If you have rare, sensitive, or particularly valuable plants near work areas, please notify us before service so we can take additional precautions or recommend an alternative approach.

10. Customer-Supplied Chemicals & Materials

If you request that we apply a chemical, cleaning product, or sealant that you have purchased or supplied, you accept full responsibility for the suitability, safety, and effectiveness of that product. Plum Creek Exteriors makes no representations about results or outcomes when using customer-supplied materials, and our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to work performed using materials we did not select. Any damage caused by customer-supplied chemicals reacting with the surface, surrounding materials, or landscaping is your sole responsibility.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our work, contact us within seven (7) days of service completion and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work using our materials and methods. It does not cover conditions described in Section 8 (Property Conditions & Realistic Expectations), work performed using customer-supplied materials (Section 10), or damage existing prior to service. The guarantee is limited to re-cleaning and does not include cash refunds or other remedies unless required by Texas law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Plum Creek Exteriors carries general liability insurance and operates with care and professional standards. Despite our best efforts, pressure washing involves inherent risks to surfaces, fixtures, and surroundings. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Plum Creek Exteriors' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of property value, or loss of business income
  • We are not liable for damage to undisclosed pre-existing conditions, including loose siding, deteriorated caulk, failing seals, soft or rotted wood, broken windows, damaged screens, or paint applied incorrectly
  • We are not liable for water intrusion through windows, doors, vents, or other openings that were not properly closed or sealed before service
  • We are not liable for damage caused by customer-supplied chemicals, materials, or specifications that deviate from our standard practices
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages sent through our messaging program (see Section 3)

Claims for damage caused by Plum Creek Exteriors must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of service. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.

13. Photographs & Marketing Use

By using our services, you grant Plum Creek Exteriors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to take and use photographs and videos of the work performed at your property โ€” including before-and-after images โ€” for marketing, social media, website, and other promotional purposes. Photos will not include identifiable persons, vehicle license plates, house numbers, or other personally identifying information unless you provide written consent. If you do not wish for photos of your property to be used, please notify us in writing before service begins.

14. Email & General Communications

Communications between you and Plum Creek Exteriors โ€” including SMS (governed by Section 3 above), email, voicemail, and phone calls โ€” are governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your email address, you consent to receive service-related emails from us. Promotional emails are sent only with separate, explicit consent and may be opted out of at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content โ€” including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Plum Creek Exteriors name and brand โ€” is the property of Plum Creek Exteriors LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plum Creek Exteriors LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of property conditions, or your supplying of materials or chemicals used in the service.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notice when appropriate. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plum Creek Exteriors regarding our services. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
